Delivery, payment and returns

Before Christmas

• The last day to order for delivery before Christmas is 17 December.
• Collection in the shop: no later than 23 December at 10:00.

Shipping

Delivery

Orders that come in before 12:00 are sent with Posten within the next five working days. If you collect in the shop, your order is normally ready after two hours. If it is too close to closing time to collect the same day, we will call you to arrange a time.

If you are sending chocolate to someone else, it is up to you as the person ordering to make sure the recipient is at the address. If anything is returned or delivered to the wrong place, we will contact you as soon as we can, usually the next day.

Payment

You can pay by card, Vipps or Klarna. If you pay by card, the amount is taken on the day you order.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days to exchange, return or cancel unopened goods. Let us know at post@chilichocolate.no within 14 days of receiving the goods. You pay the return shipping yourself, and the right of withdrawal applies to consumers, not to businesses.

If you cancel the whole purchase, you get back what the goods cost when you bought them, within 14 days after we have received and processed the return. You will get an email when it has been processed.

Complaints

Send any complaints to us within a reasonable time. We always try to find a solution together with you. If that does not work, you can contact Forbrukerrådet (the Norwegian Consumer Council) for mediation.
